I have created a number of different resources to aid you in your self care and recovery journey, and they are entirely free. I have tried to include a good variety so that there is something for everyone. In the sign up box below there is a section for your input and ideas- if you feel there is a resource that is missing and that you and others would benefit from, then please let me know!
